These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of zogoodsnacks.ca and purchases made from ZoGood Snacks. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS: ZoGood Snacks produces small-batch food products. Because our products are handmade, there may be minor differences in appearance, texture, packaging or presentation.

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, sizes, availability and prices are accurate. We may correct errors or update information at any time.

INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS: Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredients and allergen information provided on the website and product packaging before consuming a product.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not represented as being produced in an allergen-free facility.

If you have a serious food allergy or dietary concern, please contact us before ordering.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT: All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other fees will be displayed during checkout.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or other reasonable business concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the amount paid will be refunded.

Payment must be completed using one of the methods available at checkout.

SHIPPING: We currently ship within Canada.

Shipping costs and available methods are shown during checkout after the customer enters a delivery address.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

LOCAL PICKUP: ZoGood Snacks does not operate a retail storefront. Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement. Pickup instructions and timing will be confirmed directly with the customer.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:  If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has been prepared or shipped.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS: For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, an explanation of the problem and photographs showing the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, ZoGood Snacks will provide an appropriate replacement or refund for an eligible order.

Refunds or replacements may not be available for personal taste or preference, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, missed pickup arrangements, damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery, or problems reported more than 48 hours after delivery.

PRODUCT STORAGE: Customers are responsible for following the storage, refrigeration and use instructions provided on the product packaging.

ZoGood Snacks is not responsible for product quality or safety after a product has been improperly stored, handled or used.

REVIEWS AND SUBMITTED CONTENT: If you submit a product review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and your own to share.

You give ZoGood Snacks permission to display and use that content in connection with the website, products and marketing.

We may remove content that is misleading, offensive, unlawful or unrelated to our products.

WEBSITE CONTENT: The ZoGood Snacks name, logo, product photographs, written content, recipes, branding and other website materials belong to ZoGood Snacks or are used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without written permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS: The website may use or link to services operated by other companies, including payment providers, shipping providers, social-media platforms and review services.

ZoGood Snacks is not responsible for the availability, content, policies or actions of third-party websites and services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:  To the extent permitted by law, ZoGood Snacks is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, shipping delays or misuse of a product.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

PRIVACY: Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS: We may update these Terms and Conditions when our products, services, business practices or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.

GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
